INSTASUP construction uses the same technology and materials as most types of rafts used to go down river rapids. Built with extremely durable PVC fabric layers attached with high strength drop-stitch construction allows these boards to inflate with enough pressure to have comparable rigidity to solid epoxy boards.
Our multi-layer MSL Fusion technology permanently links these polyester threads at the top and bottom decks to create a stronger yet lighter board, allowing up to 20 psi heated inflation (15-18 psi heated is adequate and recommended at all times).
Deflation takes only seconds and the flexibility of the fabric allows the customer to conveniently roll the board up to fit in a backpack for ease of transporting or storing. No car rack required, airplane compatible, and urban living efficient.
