Our next generation of inflatable boards are now constructed with heat welded technology that literally fuses together all the fabric seams. This unique method mechanically bonds the side rails to the top and bottom decks, eliminating the reliance of glue, to create one single structural element that forms the entire shape of your board.
In addition, our new X-woven technology threads the drop stitch in a criss-cross pattern, virtually eliminating any potential for twisting, and creating a more rigid, more durable, higher performing paddle board. Our multi-layer MSL Fusion technology permanently links these threads at the top and bottom decks to create a stronger yet lighter board, allowing up to 20 psi heated inflation (15-18 psi heated is adequate and recommended at all times during usage).
Deflation takes only seconds and the flexibility of the fabric allows the customer to conveniently roll the board up to fit in a backpack for ease of transporting or storing. No car rack required, airplane compatible, and urban living efficient.
Inflatables with this new technology all come now with a limited 2-year warranty.
